The DEXA+ Vibration Plate—is a clinically inspired whole-body vibration platform designed to support healthy aging, recovery, and long-term mobility. Whether you’re looking to combat age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia), support bone mineral density, or enhance your fitness routine, the DEXA+ Vibration Plate delivers targeted mechanical stimulation that activates muscles throughout the body in just minutes a day.
Whole-body vibration helps stimulate muscle contractions, improve circulation, and enhance neuromuscular activation, making it an excellent complement to resistance training, weight management programs, DEXA body composition tracking, hormone optimization, and healthy aging protocols. It is especially beneficial for adults over 40, individuals concerned about osteoporosis or osteopenia, GLP-1 users working to preserve muscle mass, and anyone focused on maintaining strength, balance, and independence.
